Background

Easeprint was created as the online branch of a large printing house in Melbourne, and is backed by a team of highly experienced pre-press, printing and production experts.

The Brief

The mantra for the newly launched Easeprint being 'print made easy', they needed an easy-to-order online printing solution. They wanted a solution where the customers could upload artwork online, get quotes online and also order and pay for printing jobs directly online.

The Solution

We set up a solution that ticked all of the boxes in Easeprint's brief, and also allowed customers to create accounts online to allow for easy management of their print jobs.

The Results

The new website streamlined the business operations for the business and made the process of giving quotes and accepting orders a lot easier, both for the business and for its customers. This saved the business a lot of time, and increased customer retention.
